Role overview
- Conceptualise and produce creative artwork for branding, merchandise and marketing across all business channels
- Translate seasonal marketing briefs and communication objectives into compelling visual design
- Support product development by generating design concepts for luggage, bags and travel accessories based on market trends and brand identity
- Build mood boards that bring together imagery, colour and texture for each collection
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
Brand Merchandising Executive

Role overview
- Manage a portfolio of 10–15 product brands, overseeing a team of brand merchandising staff
- Analyse sell-through and set inventory levels, placing purchase orders with brand principals to meet demand
- Work out product costing, set competitive retail pricing, and review slow-moving stock
- Coordinate with brand principals on visual merchandising, marketing spend and new product launches
- Support corporate and export sales with stock availability, bulk pricing and reporting
E-Commerce Executive / Senior E-Commerce Executive

- Manage day-to-day order processing across platforms including Shopee, Lazada, Zalora and Amazon
- Maintain accurate inventory across all online platforms to avoid stock-outs and overselling
- Monitor and respond to customer enquiries, reviews and ratings to maintain a consistent experience
- Upload and maintain SKU listings, pricing and promotions across e-commerce platforms
